RSVSR Where to Find Security Codes in ARC Raiders Locked Gate

Message par Rodrigo »

The Locked Gate modifier on Blue Gate doesn't just change the match, it changes how people behave. You'll see it the second the timer hits: squads sprinting past fights they'd normally take, others setting up early angles, everyone gambling on being first underground. If you're trying to plan your run and what to bring, it helps to think in terms of gear priority and routes, not vibes, and I've been keeping my loadouts tight based on what I'm chasing from ARC Raiders Items and what I'm willing to lose in a 40-minute panic.

How the codes actually get found
You're hunting four Security Codes, but nobody "owns" the objective. The whole lobby pushes the progress bar, which sounds friendly until you realise it also means someone else can do the last code and still beat you through the door. The codes spawn in loot containers across four zones, so treat it like a sweep. Start with Ancient Fort, but don't get cute with the puzzle room—just hit normal crates and keep your eyes down for mines. Then swing Raider's Refuge and crack every sealed bin you can reach; codes love hiding in plain metal containers there. Reinforced Reception is the quick stop: go inside and check the trashcans because, yeah, it's weirdly consistent. Pilgrim's Peak is the time sink. Two Rocketeers on the high ground can ruin your run, so either tag them from range or toss lure grenades and loot fast before they re-path.

Moving a code without donating it
Picking up a code is the easy part. Carrying it to the Gate Control Room near the Warehouse Complex is where you start losing teammates. That room turns into a magnet for ambushes, especially once players hear console interactions. Don't stroll in like it's PvE. Clear corners, leave one person watching the door, and don't all stack on the console. If you're solo, listen for footsteps, wait out the trigger-happy squads, then commit and move. A lot of people camp because they're scared to run codes themselves—use that. Rotate wide, come in from an odd angle, and save stamina for the exit, not the approach.

When the doors open and everyone loses it
The moment the fourth code goes in, the Outer Gate becomes a race you can't really "win" unless you're already positioned. Try to be nearby before the final activation, even if you didn't contribute the last code. Once it opens, don't drift. Head straight toward the Security Wing and the Breach Room because that's where the loot spikes and where most players are rolling the dice for the Bobcat Weapon Blueprint. Expect crossfires in the corridors, mines on common choke points, and someone sitting still hoping you'll run past. If you're ahead, keep moving; if you're behind, slow down and third-party the fight that's already happening.

Loot mindset and getting out alive
Downstairs is where greed gets people killed. Decide before you enter: are you blueprint hunting, filling a bag, or just trying to survive the chaos? If it's the blueprint, hit the high-value rooms first, then bail the second your inventory looks decent—staying "one more minute" is how you get wiped by a fresh squad. If you're running with friends, call targets fast and don't over-loot one body while shots are still echoing. And if you're trying to rebuild after a bad streak, keep it simple: grab what you can, avoid hero plays, and lean on reliable pickups like ARC Raiders Coins for sale when you need to get your kit back to fighting shape.
